Welcome to PawAI. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by PawAI ("we," "our," or "us").

PAWAI IS NOT A VETERINARIAN OR MEDICAL SERVICE.

The Service provides educational information about food safety for dogs. This information is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service does not replace professional veterinary care.

If you believe your dog has consumed something harmful, contact your veterinarian or an emergency pet poison hotline immediately. Do not rely solely on information from PawAI in emergency situations.

3. Description of Service

PawAI is a pet safety education tool that allows users to scan or search for foods and ingredients to learn about their potential safety for dogs. Our food safety database is compiled from publicly available veterinary resources and research. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information

PAWAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR HARM TO YOU, YOUR PET, OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ONLY AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PawAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability
